Beautiful resort hotel with amazing grounds and gardens. The spa is one of the nicest spas I've ever seen and the grounds and gardens are so pretty. You definitely feel like you're in an oasis when you walk on to the property. There are two swimming pools and both are quite large with poolside service. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. And, breakfast is really good with a wide variety of items to choose from, including made-to-order omelets. We wish we could have stayed longer as we really enjoyed our time here.

Amazing location, many restaurants for dinner with beautiful show programs and night clubs nearby, 10 minutes walk to the Souk and interesting places. Beautiful, clean pool, super service, very quiet, large green area with a tropical garden. The hotel is very beautifully decorated in oriental style. Delicious breakfast, freshly squeezed juices, eggs for every taste (fried, omelette), fresh vegetables and fruits. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!🥰

The staff was super nice - among others Khalid frim the breakfast team "demain" - Also the outside pool is heated. Staff very attentive and super welcoming! Nice facilities incl Bar, Spa and Casino etc

Location great!! Service, room, choice of 8 restaurants, room service, a full casino since 1920s, night club (7 days a week), hotel has one outdoor heated pool. many pools in Palace (one indoors). Check it out!!! [Note: This property has two places to stay- the Hotel and then the Palace which is ABOUT €100 more expensive but has better spa, pools, etc. But you can visit Palace for the day for $25 from the Hotel. Then you can use there facilities. POKER: Texas holdem poker good to better here! €100 or €200 buy-in and tournaments daily, Omaha games going fairly regularly. CASINO: Live table games and poker (sorry, no craps).

Clean if slightly old fashioned decor. The breakfast was very good with a variety of options both Moroccan and European and attentive staff. Nice bar area.

Ali the night stuff receptionist was excellent because as soon as we complained about our beds in the room he immediately acted and upgraded our room. Awesome guy.

Facilities were great, and housekeeping kept our room perfect. The pool is great for swimming and heated.
